The Association has petitioned Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise and Jersey City Mayor Jeremiah Healy to mark the original route of the Lincoln Highway as it traversed the County and City.

The Association is also petitioning the State of New Jersey to designate the route of the Lincoln Highway as an historic Scenic Highway in time for the 100th anniversary of its naming in 2013.
