It is our annual tradition, on Lincoln’s Birthday (February 12th) to gather in front of his statue. The event this year (2013) as in many years past, includes an Honor Guard, a performance of songs relevant to Lincoln’s history by the young women of the World Famous “St. Dominic Dominoes” under the direction of its mentor Joe Napolitano, prominent elected officials, members of the clergy of various faiths, as well as officers (past and present) of the Lincoln Association and members of the public.
As the oldest, continuously operating society dedicated to the memory of our fallen 16th President, Abraham Lincoln, the ceremony is never delayed, rescheduled or postponed due to inclement weather.
Hot coffee will be available.
